Here we go again.... another Call of Duty. A picture that has been floating around twitter does show the cover of Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. On the top of the ad it shows "includes CoD Modern Warfare Remastered". So we will see if its like the way Fallout did with a backwards compatible copy, but its looking like a full on remaster more reminiscent of Metro 2033 Redux. Hopefully Activision spends alot on the ad marketing for this game because its going to take a lot of convincing, good content, cleaned up game play and much more for me to consider buying another Cod other than for review purposes. The whole zombies thing has gone overboard in my eyes and they need something else to draw gamers to these titles. Even though it will sell, bringing Modern Warfare is further proof that CoD is taking a hit in popularity in recent years. Also being tweeted all around is a listing from the UK verision of Amazon for a "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare . I loved CoD Modern Warfare along with that and Halo 2 and 3 are what really got me into the first person shooter multiplayer games. To me is another CoD, in this case Infinite Warfare, is more than likely gonna disappoint like the past 3. Now the listing has the Trilogy releasing May 17th but other sources say it will be released on Nov 4th alongside CoD IW. Possibly the May date is when the pre orders will be online. Stay tuned for more updates, as an official announcement is likely right around the corner. UPDATE: Another leaked advertisement all but confirms the previous rumors. Note that the prices in the above are from a Canadian retailer which is why they are higher. As you can see, it looks like the free copy of Modern Warfarw Remastered will be included in a step up above the standard edition. In what is most likely a second teir collectors edition, buyers will get MW Remastered packaged with Infinite Warfare. It is also worth noting that Modern Warfare Remastered will only contain 10 mp maps. This is probably due to wanting to limit the work on a remaster. Again, stay tuned for more updates as they develop. By Lee Marcussen and Edwin Velez
